Candidates must live and work in the East Bay for reliable, daily access to job sites. Key Responsibilities -Manage day-to-day site operations, staff, subcontractors, and deliveries. -Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring efficiency and quality. -Review and implement architectural drawings, details, and specifications. -Enforce safety procedures and ensure building code compliance. -Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, designers, and clients. -Anticipate and resolve on-site challenges with sound judgment. -Mentor carpentry staff and foster a collaborative, professional environment. -Maintain accurate records and updates using Buildertrend or similar software.
