Rosboro is seeking a Full time Millwrights for Swing and Graveyard Shift. Applicant must have strong hydraulics, cutting and welding skills. Must have minimum 3 years' verifiable experience in troubleshooting & repairing of wood products manufacturing equipment. Applicants must be willing to work any shift and any work week schedule. Maintain common areas: Ensure hallways, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces are clean and in good working order. Groundskeeping, lawn maintenance and exterior maintenance: Assist with light exterior work, such as keeping grounds free of debris and ensuring sidewalks are safe. Coordinate with management: Communicate regularly with property management regarding work progress, major repairs, and inventory needs. Requirements: Proven experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance, general contracting, or a similar handyman role. Proficient with tools: Must own and be proficient in using a wide variety of hand and power tools. Reliable transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the property.
