Treasure Construction specializes in kitchen and bathroom remodels. As our business grows, we are looking to add skilled trade professionals to our team. We are currently offering part-time and full-time positions. Please reply if you have experience in the following areas: Carpentry (rough framing to interior and exterior finish) Concrete Drywall/patching/texture and touch up Electrical Painting Millworks Tile setting Other specialized roles KNOWLEDGE OF: Methods employed in general construction Safe operation of power equipment Safe work practices Use of standard hand tools Basic computer skills Applicable codes and regulations Shop arithmetic. Safe driving rules and practices ABILITY TO: Perform skilled tasks in general construction Follow oral and written instructions Read and write in English Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted during work EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma/GED Six months experience performing unskilled or semiskilled general construction REQUIREMENTS: California Drivers License Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States ENVIRONMENTAL ELEMENTS: Employees work primarily indoors and outdoors and are exposed to loud noise levels, vibration, confining workspace, chemicals, mechanical and/or electrical hazards, and hazardous physical substances and fumes. Environmental Conditions: Most duties in this class are performed under periodically disagreeable working conditions, working outside, sometimes in adverse weather, exposed to water, mud, dirt and grease; some positions may require more frequent exposure to disagreeable conditions including paint fumes, caustic chemicals, equipment noise and vibration, and dampness. Physical Conditions: Most positions in this class require frequent lifting/carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and less frequently up to 50 pounds, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling; some positions require the ability to lift objects weighing up to 100 pounds maximum with frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and the ability to climb. May be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

The Role We’re looking for a Production Manager/Engineer who is equal parts maker, problem solver, and process nerd. Key Responsibilities: Run and maintain a farm of 3D printers (Elegoo, Bambu Lab, custom rigs). Manage daily production of custom-fit shoes—target output 5+ pairs/day. Troubleshoot and optimize print quality, speed, and consistency. Calibrate printers, repair hardware, and manage filament drying/storage. Collaborate with founder/engineer to refine print processes and shoe designs. Track throughput, failures, and develop SOPs for scaling.
