Cleaning Specialist (PT) (sebastopol)
Osmosis Day Spa Sanctuary, a nationally recognized leader in the sustainable spa industry, is seeking a highly motivated, long-term Part-Time Cleaning Specialist to support our dedicated Cleaning team. We pride ourselves on a down-to-earth, non-corporate, community-focused environment, and we're looking for someone who shares those values.
About the Role:
As a Cleaning Specialist, you'll be responsible for a wide variety of cleaning tasks to support our beautiful spa facilities, working closely with another team member in this role. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with good judgment.
Schedule:
3 days per week: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 4–5 hours per shift
Must be available early mornings (finish by 9:00 AM) or late evenings (start after 8:30 PM), as shifts occur outside of spa operating hours.
Additional hours throughout the week or on shifts day may be available based on business needs.
Physical Requirements:
This is a physically active role. Responsibilities include:
Frequent lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, pushing, stretching, squatting, and carrying.
Navigating stairs and uneven ground across our property.
Operating cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuum cleaners, long-handled dusters, brooms).
Transporting cleaning supplies from storage areas to various locations on site.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour with opportunity for increase based on performance
