Qualifications: Previous experience in kitting, packaging, assembly, or production preferred. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team. Basic math and counting skills.
