We are dedicated to delivering high quality sports experience in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for athletes of all ages and skill levels. The facility includes courts, locker rooms, a café, and event space. Position Summary The Part Time Custodian Staff member plays a key role in supporting the overall cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the Hatfield Rally House. You’ll help ensure the facility is ready for daily operations, events, and peak activity times by performing routine cleaning and making sure that all areas are safe to be in. This position is perfect for someone who is detail oriented, proactive, and takes pride in keeping the Hatfield Rally House at a high standard of cleanliness. Key Responsibilities * Perform daily cleaning of courts, restrooms, locker rooms, café area, and other common spaces * Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify safety or custodial concerns * Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate resupply needs to supervisor * Operate basic janitorial equipment (e.g., vacuums, and mops) safely and effectively * Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures * Provide excellent customer service and assist guests/staff as needed Qualifications * Previous experience in janitorial or custodial, work preferred * Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision * Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively * Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and using ladders or hand tools * Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends * Must be 18 years of age or older Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with sports or recreational facility operations * CPR/First Aid certification a plus * Experience with floor care for athletic surfaces is a bonus Compensation & Perks * Pay: $18-$22/hour * Free or discounted access to facility amenities * Staff shirts provided * Opportunities to grow into full-time or supervisory roles https://hatfield-rally-house.breezy.hr/?
