Maintain inventory of electrical components and organize a clean, safe shop space. Document installations with photos and notes for client handoffs and warranties. Qualifications: Mid- to high-level experience in automotive, RV, or van electrical systems (2–5+ years preferred) with strong references. Proficiency with electrical tools (multimeters, crimpers, wire strippers, heat guns). Knowledge of 12V DC systems, AC inverters, and solar integrations; familiarity with brands like Victron, Renogy, or Battle Born a plus. Mechanically inclined with a focus on safe, high-quality craftsmanship. Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented with a team-player mindset. Upbeat attitude and passion for van life or off-grid systems. Valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs. Certifications (e.g., NABCEP solar, automotive electrical) preferred but not required.
