Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager/Customer Service representative located in Chicago, IL. The primary responsibilities include managing customer accounts, addressing client inquiries, processing orders, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and maintain relationships.
