Resource Innovations is seeking a Sr. SaaS Configuration Specialist to join our growing team. We are seeking an experienced Sr. SaaS Configuration Specialist with strong energy efficiency knowledge and experience to support the continued growth of our Resource Innovations software professional services group. Duties and responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of complex technical systems solutions for Demand Side Management, Transportation Electrification, and clean energy technologies, catering specifically to utilities, transmission, and distribution system operators. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer business drivers, key use cases, and high-level objectives to develop tailored, advanced solutions. Gain and maintain expert-level knowledge of the company's no-code/low-code SaaS platforms, serving as a senior advisor and key user. Drive the enhancement of efficiency in both internal and external systems and workflows, aligning with the strategic business goals. Oversee the preparation of detailed gap analysis reports, use-case documents, and the development of comprehensive Technical Requirements and Specification Documents. Provide senior-level consulting on product configuration, launch, and offer ongoing system support for a suite of Energy Efficiency management products. Manage the full life cycle implementation of enterprise software systems, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and project guidelines. Lead the implementation of business logic, user interfaces, and databases, collaborating closely with clients’ technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of implemented systems. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team skill development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Preferred advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or an MBA with a Technology Management focus, with consideration for significant relevant experience in lieu of formal education. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in systems development, specializing in energy efficiency management systems. 4+ years experience in HMTL and CSS 4+ years experience with a template language like Jinja or Freemarker Extensive hands-on experience with day-to-day application development using no-code/low-code platforms or web development tools. Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and implement complex energy data solutions for clients. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven interpersonal abilities and experience in guiding teams and managing projects. Compensation & Benefits Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position.  The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000.  In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.  The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.  Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.  We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes three weeks of paid vacation per year; paid holidays; a 401(k)-retirement plan with employer matching; health, dental and vision insurance; and other supplemental benefits.  Employment with Resource Innovations is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check. You will assist the Case Manager in in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy.    Responsibilities: Perform detailed analysis of Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) documentation requirements and prepare draft Pricing and Availability (P&A) or LOA data packages in the DSAMS in response to formal Letters of Request (LORs).  These efforts shall include activities from receipt of a potential customer's LOR through case preparation, staffing, and customer acceptance.  Perform efforts related to processing the LOR to include gathering, developing and integrating data in preparation of P&A or LOA packages.  This effort may include drafting fully supported LOA modifications and amendments. Upon FMS Case acceptance, validation and initial implementation, support the establishment of Military Standard Systems/Defense Logistics Management System (MILS/DLMS) and/or Military Standard Requisitioning & Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP) documents, assignment of new requisitions, development of project directive for the new case(s), processing of purchase requisitions, analysis and participation in acquisition planning for new and/or advanced systems for potential customers. Initiate draft inputs regarding responses to RFIs from potential FMS customer countries related to capabilities.
