They are a Jack or Jill of all trades who can wear many hats, and will be an integral part of the team as we help people find their way toward health and wellness. The Patient Coordinator is a multi-tasker extraordinaire, has stellar organization skills, unreasonable optimism, are part air traffic controller, part Harry Potter with magic creativity, have Jedi-like anticipation, and cat-like reflexes. You will be part of the patient’s first and last contact, assisting them to their rooms, making sure patients are very comfortable, checking in on their progress and sharing in on their wins – reminding them of their wins on bad days, hooking patients up with the correct protocols after needling and just making their entire experience enjoyable and smooth.
