Idle Hour in North Hollywood is looking to hire experienced and reliable Line Cooks! This is a 5 shifts per week opportunity. Line Cook Minimum Qualifications: - English necessary, bilingual preferred - Self-starter looking to hone & expand their craft - Primarily night shifts - Weekends - Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for 8+ hours Responsibilities & Duties: - Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) - Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies - Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion - Stock inventory appropriately - Works efficiently and in a friendly manner - Able to work independently and as part of a team - Maintains kitchen safety and sanitation Perks: - Food & Beverage discounts at all of our 1933 Group locations - Complimentary invites to company Holiday parties & events
