Friends, Pearl 6101 is looking for a hardworking food runner with a lot of hustle and attention to detail. Responsibilities include the following: running food, running drinks, replenishing mis en place, clearing and resetting tables, dessert plating, polishing glassware, and assisting floor, bar, and management staff. Shifts are approximately from 4:30 pm until 9:30 pm and we are looking for someone to work 3 days a week with flexibility on scheduling. We are hoping to fill Sunday-Tuesday at this time. Hourly rate combining tip out and wage is a flat rate of $35 per hour. This is an excellent gig for students or someone with pretty serious daytime commitments looking to hustle and make some money on the side.
