Edith's is looking for talented line cook who also wants balance and to take up some prep shifts. You must thrive in a fast paced environment and elevate our patrons' culinary experience without losing the integrity of the product. THIS IS FOR OUR BROOKLYN LOCATION This job requires someone who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced fun environment. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience - Cooks food items by grilling, eggs etc, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. - Prior Egg cookery and knowledge - Ability to execute at high volume and works efficiently - Is professional and punctual - Has attention to detail - Is a team player and communicates well with both BOH and FOH - Is a self-starter who can work without constant directives - Experience in a leadership role is a plus but not required Basic Responsibilities: • Be able to follow recipes and scale recipes where needed • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space • Understand production and prep scheduling • Able to expedite food orders and prioritize flow of food • Demonstrate safe food handling procedures such as dating, labeling and rotating • Basic preparation and cooking of meats, dressings, salads, sandwiches and other dishes • Be able to safely operate and clean all kitchen equipment Additional Responsibilities - Packing deliveries/takeouts and sending them out on time - Sending items in a timely manner - Set up and work the pass during daily service - Collaborate with management on service and process - Follow directions and procedures - Jump in to assist other team members as necessary

We are looking for: - Energetic, hospitable teammates who work clean, move fast, and stay cool under pressure. Team players who take pride in great food and great service. DESCRIPTION: We operate a duck-forward fry stand at Snowport. You’ll help us serve Duck Poutine, and other french fry and duck related dishes. Primary positions: Fryer, Line Cook (finishing and plating), and Cashier. You’ll be trained for your position; cross-training may occur based on volume. Duties also include restocking, basic prep, and keeping the stand clean and organized. Some shifts may include commissary runs (if you have a vehicle).
