Room for rent 800 includes utilities, huge backyard, swimming pool, gazebo, fire pit room for some of your things in the garage. Private room shared bathroom with my dad. Sometimes he has dementia and lives here. So that's interesting, but he's pretty easy. Two small weenie dogs live here so must love dogs. Sorry cannot rent to children because of the swimming pool, not looking for a couple. House is very clean and beautiful in a beautiful housing development. Out by win river. Full access to washer and dryer ,garage, kitchen, one small dog would be okay if it's a female.
