I am only looking for a "Professional" roommate. You must have a clean background history and have a secured job! If you enjoy living in a nice house to call home and looking for a long term place (Seven Months Agreement), you might be a great fit! It's (around 20 mins to Pensacola Beach; 10 mins to the airport; 18 mins to the University of West Florida). The house is built on around a quarter acre fence lot, so plenty of space! The room is currently empty so you can bring your own furniture or I can possibly help too. It's all inclusive (water, electricty and wifi). First month plus a security deposit moves you in!
