Must be very neat and tidy This will be perfect if you’d like to save up for a while for your more permanent home. Please be aware that space is limited so you cannot come with a lot of stuff. I ask for the obvious..no smoking, NO drugs, (I am NOT 420 friendly and that includes vaping IN the house..outside only), no heavy partiers or being loud. Just be a cool, no drama, CLEAN, honest, and trust worthy person that has high ethics and morals! The apt is super clean. Please be a solid, grounded, mature person who has a job outside of apt.
