What You’ll Do: As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will: • Oversee and manage the entire landscape maintenance division, including scheduling, quality control, and client satisfaction. • Lead, train, and motivate a team of maintenance crew members to deliver top-notch service. • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. • Coordinate with the installation division to ensure seamless operations across the company. • Handle budgeting, inventory, and equipment maintenance for the division. • Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism on all job sites. What We’re Looking For: We want a high-quality, bilingual (Spanish/English) leader who brings experience and enthusiasm to the role. Our ideal candidate has: • Proven Experience: 3+ years in landscape maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. • Bilingual Fluency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with crew, clients, and management. • Strong Client Relations: A professional, friendly demeanor with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients. • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, manage, and mentor a team, ensuring high performance and morale. • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques, equipment, and safety protocols. • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges and improving operations. • Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
