We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic full time Groundskeeper for our 281 unit apartment community located in Bellevue, WA. This position requires you: assist with light painting projects, de-webbing corners, power-washing areas in need, daily cleaning of common areas, and representing FPMG proudly by providing excellent customer service to our residents! If you like being outdoors and staying physically fit, this is the job for you! Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm Our Ideal Candidate: Six months of prior work experience in any field Ability to read, write and communicate in English Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs Basic computer skills: Internet and email Possess a “whatever it takes” mentality Must be reliable and dependable.
