We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented attorney with personal injury and trial experience to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence. Take and defend depositions. Prepare for and participate in trials. Draft and respond to discovery requests. Conduct document review and case analysis. Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. Negotiate settlements effectively on behalf of clients. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations. Qualifications & Experience: Juris Doctorate (JD) Active State Bar License 1st Chair or 2nd Chair Trial Experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers.
