As an Attendant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our daycare, ensuring the safety, well-being, and happiness of our furry guests. Responsibilities: Monitor a large group of dogs indoors and outdoors, observing behavior, maintaining order, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility, including cleaning up after dogs, maintaining clean play areas inside and outside. Assist in managing tasks, and training to ensure smooth operation of the daycare. Utilize computer skills to maintain records, record attendance, and work with Excel spreadsheets. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and communication with clients. Demonstrate leadership qualities and effectively communicate with staff members, providing feedback, and support as needed to work as a team member. Qualifications: Passion for working with dogs and comfortably being around a large group of dogs. Responsible, dependable, and energetic individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Have excellent communication skills to interact with staff members and clients, computer proficiency, including knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and basic office software. Must have own transportation to commute to the facility. Available to work 30+ hours per week, including weekdays and possible weekends. Consistent schedule with morning shifts running from 7:00 am to 11:30 am and afternoon shifts from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm, weekend shifts with 15% wage increase, potentially with extra shifts required at varying times. Operating hours span from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Wage and Application Process: Starting wage $17 per hour (15% higher wage /hr on weekends), commensurate with experience.
