Key Responsibilities (though not limited to): -Engage in meaningful conversations with our customers over the phone, providing guidance on lithium battery purchases and troubleshooting issues with their existing lithium batteries. -Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions in our computer systems for future reference. -Complete helpdesk forms for warranty replacements when necessary, following an assessment of the underlying issues. -Address and resolve concerns related to billing or service provision, referring service failure complaints to the designated departments for thorough investigation. -Are you ready to be part of our dynamic team and contribute to the sustainable energy future? Qualifications: -A technical background in areas such as tech support, assembly, electronics, troubleshooting, or installation is required. -Reside in close proximity to Chatsworth, CA. -Proficiency in simultaneously reading and interpreting multiple customer service chats, occasionally while handling inbound calls. -Effective communication skills when interacting with customers, colleagues, and management within a high-volume call environment. -Commute reliability to Chatsworth, CA 91311, or a willingness to relocate before commencing work (Mandatory). -High school diploma or equivalent (Mandatory). Responsibilities: -Engage with customers via phone to provide information on purchasing lithium batteries and assist with troubleshooting their existing lithium batteries. -Precisely input all relevant customer call information into the computer system for future reference. -Complete helpdesk forms for warranty replacements as necessary, after identifying the source of issues. -Address and resolve billing concerns and service-related complaints, redirecting service failure complaints to the appropriate departments for investigation. -Maintain detailed call notes for customer records as required. -Please note that the above duties are not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
