Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented office assistant for our property management office. The ideal candidate will assist in various, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks. Responsibilities: Maintain project documentation and ensure all records are up to date. Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met. Perform general administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in property management, or a related field is preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
