Key Responsibilities: *Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts orders and service-related questions *Create work orders and accurately document service requests *Order and receive parts from vendors, ensuring timely delivery* *Maintain parts inventory and stock organization *Work closely with mechanics to ensure efficient workflow in the shop *Help with minor equipment intake and diagnostics as needed Qualifications: *Previous experience in a service or parts counter role preferred (equipment, automotive, or similar industries) *Strong communication and computer skills *Ability to multitask and stay organized *Knowledge of small engines, outdoor power equipment, or construction equipment is a plus *Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail Benefits Include: 40 hours per week, full-time schedule Health, dental, and retirement plan Paid holidays and vacation time Employee discount and growth opportunities Apply Today!
