Assistant to livestreamers (Beverly Hills)

We are looking for a second assistant to help support a fast growing e-commerce livestream business selling luxury fashion (handbags, clothing, accessories). There is a 1 month trial training period as you learn to ropes as an assistant, then promotion after 30 days to full-time employee. You start at $20/hour for the first month trial period and then you're expected to take on more responsibility and be promoted to $30/hour by day 30. You will start off learning the basics and helping us with packing and shipping orders, as well as taking care of basic personal assistant tasks such as cleaning, making snacks for us, making sure we are well hydrated. Eventual growth in this role is learning more about our e-commerce streams and participating in the streams. Starting pay is $20/hour when you are helping us pack and ship and doing the personal assistant tasks. Promotion to $30/hour when you are able to participate in the streams. We sell women's fashion during the streams as well as miscellaneous items such as makeup and electronics. Looking for serious employees who want to grow with us longterm. Full-time or close to full-time only, no part time people as we are looking for committed people who want to grow longterm with us. Must be attention oriented and be able to work fast without making mistakes. You must have a reliable vehicle and you must be able to lift an average amount of weight easily. You will be working out of a house that I use to live and work out of in Beverly Hills. Background check needed as this is a highly secured down work space, you must be comfortable with multiple cameras and security systems in place. Entering and leaving the premises involve fingerprint ID and a full body scan of your body to prevent theft. You cannot bring your phone, handbag or wallet into the premises.
