Qualifications Ability to show you can paint a pre-determined and pre-traced canvas, using acrylic paint. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. At times, you may be asked to instruct children. A nurturing attitude towards children, demonstrating patience and understanding of their individual needs is a plus.
