HYBYCOZO is an installation art studio based in West LA. We are Hiring for Part Time in LA and for out of town installation gigs. Studio work based in West LA w/ Travel opportunities for installation gigs across the U.S. Part-time: hourly + flexible in LA with day rates during out of town 2-14 day installation periods. Responsibilities - Read plans, assist with studio fabrication, assembly, shipping, cleaning, and organization. - Prepare and pack artworks for shipping and installation - Occasionally do pick ups, drive large trucks and trailers - Assembly and installation of sculptures - use power tools, ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs, comfortable on ladders and lifts - Maintain safety and quality standards in all tasks. OSHA certifications are a plus - Operating forklifts and telehandlers is a plus. Experience - Familiarity with sculpture assembly, building art crates or packing large-scale artworks. - Experience with event/festival production or live event rigging. - Experience with DMX lighting and programming is a plus. Compensation $25–$40/hr depending on experience for in town hours Day rate, per diem and travel expenses covered for out-of-town gigs.
