Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Must have a positive attitude, regardless of the situation. • Must be able to communicate well and accommodate to the customers needs. • Proficiency in basic office computer work and point of sales systems. • Be able to consult customers and tailor specific cannabis products to their needs. • A firm understanding of California Marijuana policy and law. • Ensure the cleanliness of the sales stations and cash counters/ display cases. • Light packaging, cleaning, labeling, etc. during down time. • Must be able to handle cash with 100% accuracy. • Complete all tasks delegated by the supervising manager, treat all team members with respect. • Bilingual is a + Postion requirements: • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Have a reliable vehicle with updated insurance. • Must be reliable and honest, tardiness and absents for shifts is not tolerated. • Must be willing to work varied hours: evenings, days, weekends, and holidays as needed...no exceptions!
