Qualifications: • Must have a minimum of 2 years working in the automotive detailing industry. • Must have extensive knowledge in all interior and exterior detailing techniques. • Must have experience with detailing products and materials. • Must be fully qualified in buffing and polishing painted surfaces. • Must be fluent in English and must have average English reading and writing comprehension and skills. • Must be punctual, dependable, and be willing to work overtime with short notice. This individual must be quality-minded, hardworking, and dedicated to providing the highest level of workmanship in the industry. We are seeking a person who is highly professional, who can work individually, as well as part of a multifunctional team. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Source hard to find and special-order parts. • Place and track orders. Develop contingency plans for orders that experience delays. • Receive orders, ensure order correctness, and distribution to shop personnel. • Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity. • Ship and confirm delivery of outbound material. • Meet with suppliers and establish and maintain accounts. • Cost out parts and materials on work orders. • Maintain showroom parts counter and inventory. • Internet parts sales.
