Key duties include mounting and dismounting tires, performing tire repairs like patching punctures, using tire changers and balancing machines, inspecting tires for wear and damage, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. They must also follow safety protocols, operate power tools and lifts, potentially assist with customer service, and sometimes perform roadside assistance or fleet checks. Key Responsibilities: Tire Installation & Replacement: Removing old tires and wheels, installing new tires, and remounting them onto vehicles. Tire Maintenance & Repair: Performing tire rotations, balancing, repairing small punctures, and replacing valve stems. Equipment Operation: Using and maintaining machinery such as tire changers, wheel balancers, lifts, and various hand and power tools. Inspection & Safety: Inspecting tire casings for defects like holes and tears, checking for proper tire pressure, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Requirements • Have at least 5 consecutive years of concrete finishing experience!! And provide verifiable work history. • Able to fluently speak, read, and write in English.
