Ability to obtain and maintain relevant state certifications (e.g., pesticide applicator license) within a specified timeframe. Strong knowledge of various turfgrass types, common lawn weeds, diseases, pests, and effective treatment methods. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
