Key Responsibilities: Perform regular cleaning tasks for office spaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Manage waste disposal, recycling, and restocking supplies in restrooms. Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures. Vacuum, mop, and ensure flooring remains clean and safe. Maintain high cleanliness standards in shared spaces such as conference rooms and entryways. We are currently seeking a part-time assistant pre-school teacher, preferably EEC certified, Monday - Friday from 3:00 PM-5:30 PM Primary responsibilities to include: maintaining the expectations of daily routine & classroom environment; assisting teachers with caring for children in the classroom, on walks, or on the playground; Working effectively in infant, toddler and preschool rooms; Move from one room to another without interruption of routines. Must be flexible and patient. Must have demonstrated experience in working with children in a group care setting. Must be able to take directions from a variety of people. Must be able to lift children weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be capable of bending, crouching, and /or kneeling to children’s level. Small painting company seeks part-time house cleaner. Many of our projects need cleaning prior to painting. Cabinets, shelves, baseboards, etc. And many of our projects need cleaning at the end. There are also projects that have additional cleaning of windows and floors and other areas. And there is plenty of opportunity to add hours by including prep work like sanding walls and such. A versatile helper will also be able to add small painting projects too. Maybe just painting a bathroom. Nothing too large or complicated. No ladder work above a few steps would be required. We are a small company looking for good people. Cleaning experience is preferred. And so is transportation. Pay is flexible based on experience and work ethic. This is a 1099 opportunity.
