QUALIFICATIONS Proven work experience as a Maintenance Supervisor - 2+ years. HVAC Certification. Experience with A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair. Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; effective communicator. Ability to read/write in English and to understand directives both orally and in writing. Detail oriented and ability to multi-task is required. Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Work hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed. Trailer Inspection Clerk - (2nd shift 4:00 PM to Midnight, Mon-Fri) Duties involve physically walking around each tractor-trailer entering the terminal and visually inspecting the trailer, processing driver paperwork, handling telephone inquiries, and data entry. Starting pay is $22 per hour with regularly scheduled increases. 1½ pay after 40 hours. Tractor-Trailer Yard Truck Jockey– (2nd shift 4:00 PM to Midnight, Mon-Fri). The position requires jockeying intermodal containers throughout the container yard. Tractor-trailer driving experience is necessary to jockey trailers within the terminal. CDL is not required. 1½ pay after 40 hours. Starting pay is $25 per hour with regularly scheduled increases. 1½ pay after 40 hours.
