Experience with hand tossed dough in a high volume restaurant is preferred. We put a lot of care into our product and are looking for people who will do the same. A STRONG TEAMWORK ETHIC and the ability to communicate with coworkers is also required. Looking for someone with flexible availability to pick up more shifts throughout the week. About the hours: This position is 3-5 regularly scheduled shifts per week (16 - 32 hours / week), and requires weekday and weekend availability. There will be ample opportunity for picking up shifts and for cross training in other arenas of the restaurant. About our payscale: This position starts at $22-26/hr ($13/hr base pay plus weekly tip pool split across the entire staff: average $9-13/ hr).* We conduct employee reviews every six months; at most reviews you are eligible for a raise.  About our benefits: We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance policies to employees who work 28+ per week.
