Greetings from Americas Best Value Inn & Suites, a 28 room hotel in small town Clear Lake, South Dakota. We are in search of a reliable and dedicated female with a good work ethic to live on site rent free, (Private room and bathroom, TV, free WiFi and utilities, and employee kitchen access), and provide housekeeping services year round. Anyone wanting to bring children or spouses will not be accepted. A small pet may be okay. This is a paid position, however due to the geographic location and seasonal nature of this hotels’ operations, summer time will be where most of the work will be performed. Winter time is very slow. On average you can expect around $200-$900 per month (winter / summer). There is no public transportation in the area, but we are located within a 30 minute radius from multiple retail centers. So keep this in mind depending on what type of lifestyle you are living or choose to live, or if you plan on obtaining a second job nearby. We can definitely assist with relocation expenses. Duties will consist of cleaning guest rooms, such as removing bedding, taking out trash, re-making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces to make presentable for the next guests stay. Also, folding, washing, and drying laundry, and helping with making the property look presentable. Training will be provided. Must be able to follow detailed instructions and be comfortable walking a lot as you will be moving around constantly, and because we have two floors with stairs and no elevator. This is not a hard job, but it can be mentally draining at times, so please only apply if you can communicate effectively, be reliable, and can have grounded emotions.
