Hi there, I'm looking for a male or female roommate to share a sunny 2 bedroom near Arlington center. The apartment is located on a peaceful side street off Mass Ave, and is walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and the minuteman bike trail. The bus stop to Alewife station on the redline is just a block away as well. The apartment is on the top floor of a 2 family house and there is a driveway for off street parking. Gas and electricity are included in the rent, with free use of a washer and dryer in the basement also. There's a 3 season porch with a patio set that's great for summer lounging, and can also be used as an exercise space or indoor garden. The kitchen has all modern appliances and plenty of cabinet space. To tell you about me, I'm a 32 year old guy originally from the north shore. I work full time for a local university, and also run my own electrical business part time on weekends. In my free time I enjoy playing piano, hiking in nature, going to the beach, cooking Italian food, and visiting family or friends.
