Job Description: Customer Resolution Specialist Department: Office Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Manager Job Summary: The Customer Resolution Specialist is all about helping customers when they have a problem. You'll be the person that they talk to in order to get things sorted out. Your job is to find a solution that makes the customer happy and is also fair for the company. You turn frustrated customers into loyal ones.
