ShareWe are a growing business providing pool maintenance/cleaning and home maintenance/repair services to mostly Airbnb's in Joshua Tree and surrounding areas including Yucca Valley and Twenty-Nine Palms. We are currently seeking to expand our team with the right person. Could this be you! Experience is "not" necessary, the following prerequisite is: - you will need a reliable and suitable vehicle. (A vehicle that can carry your cleaning equipment, tools and on occasions materials). - having some basic pool cleaning equipment is not essential but would be very advantageous in your plight for securing the job. - you should have hand tools (incl. a battery drill with various tool bits and drill bits). - you will need to be based in the vicinity of Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, Twenty-Nine Palms. - you must be reliable, (which also means you must answer your phone when you are called). - you must be honest and trustworthy. - you must have a clean criminal record. - you must be prepared to do a drug test. - you must be able to work within a team environment as well as unsupervised. - you must be a fast learner and a quick thinker. - you must be able to work to deadlines and be efficient in your time management. This is not your usual Monday to Friday 9-5. Some days you work some days you don't and yes that means there can be work on the weekends as well. Please do not ask me how much money you will be paid. Instead tell me why you should be the successful applicant. If you are offered the job you will be taken through the renumeration structure step by step before you make a final decision at which point you will begin a trial period.
