Entry Level MTB Handlebar & Stem - $10 (Stoneham)

This is a handlebar and stem pulled from a Trek 820 bicycle. According to a magnet, the stem is aluminum and the bars are steel. The bars are about 600mm wide or about 23 3/4" The stem is about 4 1/8" long or about 100mm. The stem has a slight rise as you can see in the pictures. This is a threadless stem, so if your bike uses a threaded stem (with the "quill"), this won't work without an adapter. On a proper bike, this clamps right on to the fork steerer. The middle of the bars have a tiny amount of surface rust but its very minor, you could easily clean it off with steel wool or find sandpaper or possibly just bathroom cleaner and a rag.
