However, the Trainee GM will be eligible to participate directly in the company’s upside through a percentage of new client business they help originate or contribute to bringing in. This structure is designed to reward initiative, encourage business development, and create significant long-term earning potential as the individual grows into the full General Manager role. Multi-Platform Design: Experience designing for a variety of formats including commercial spots, digital campaigns, and social media platforms. Client-Caliber Work: Proven experience working with top-tier brands and delivering polished, high-impact visuals in fast-paced environments. Pitch & Presentation: Ability to design compelling motion and static elements for pitch decks, sizzle reels, and client presentations. Assisting senior level bridge engineers with analysis, design, and detailing for bridge and culvert reconstruction projects for State DOT and local government bridge projects.
