Administrative Duties: • Answer phones, schedule and confirm cardiology appointments, and manage patient flow. • Assist with prior authorizations, referrals, and coordination of diagnostic testing. • Enter and review data, including referral contracts and post-appointment information. • Review and edit medical reports for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and consistency. • Retrieve diagnostic test results and ensure proper scanning into the software system. • Coordinate with providers and operational staff to ensure timely and accurate report submissions. • Assist with preparation and delivery of reports across multiple business lines. • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
