The facilitator will provide service recipients high-quality community integration training, volunteer opportunities, and employment development and exploration. Conducts client contacts, schedules, and weekly activities consistent with the client's Individual Service Plan (ISP) long- and short-term goals. A facilitator will also assist the client and other planning team members with the intake and assessment process if the Program requires it. Depending on the physical needs of clients, some self-care assistance, such as toileting and feeding, may be necessary to support the client's success. Client Facilitator reports to assistant director. Client Facilitator supervises no other staff in the facility. Minimum qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must Pass Health Screening and TB test. Must be first Aid and CPR certified. Must pass Criminal Record Clearance (DOJ and FBI Background check) High school diploma or at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Experience is essential, but motivated & enthusiastic individuals, who lack experience in the field, but are eager to work in a rewarding social services area, will receive the necessary orientation. JOB PURPOSE: The House Manager is responsible for the operations of the residential house of Mare's House. House manager may be required to provide transportation to residents. Continue all other Residential House Manager job duties and responsibilities. Working closely with Program Director and Case Manager to enforce interventions when residents have infractions. House manager will be required to give consequences to residents who do not abide by the house rules. Random Drug test and breathalyze all residents on a regular basis. Minimum of 2-3 times per week. Maintain the house cleanliness by making sure all residents do their daily chores, deep cleaning, bedroom checks, and general property upkeep. House manager is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their personal bedroom/bathroom areas. Report any household repairs or maintenance issues that need attention, including household appliances to the supervisor. Conduct a weekly house meeting with the residents to discuss household chores and cleanliness, meeting attendance, step work with AA sponsor, medication management, and check-ins.
