As a Fence Installer, you’ll start each day at our shop, loading trucks and trailers with materials needed for that day’s job. This is an outdoor position, and you’ll be working in various weather conditions. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Key Responsibilities Trim Installation: Install various types of trim including baseboards, chair rails, wainscoting, window casings, and cabinetry. Precision Work: Accurately measure, cut, and fit trim pieces to ensure clean transitions between surfaces and a polished, professional finish. Exterior Work: Install exterior siding and windows with attention to detail and durability. Interior Work: Hang sheetrock, install vinyl and insulation, and assist with final-stage construction tasks. Job Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project. Requirements Must pass a tape measure test at Express. Must bring basic tools (tool bag, hammer, tape measure, screwdrivers, etc.). Proficient in using saws and reading a tape measure.
