The usual tasks of property upkeep may entail for example check water gauges -- leaking pipes? clean gutters when necessary perform small repairs like leaking faucets fix leaking, snake clogged pipes purchase materials (like chaises lounges) cut brushes power-wash pool-deck, driveway install/remove pool covers storm preparation: move patio furniture to garage, etc. tidy property after storm, clear debris, furniture back to patio paint interior and/or exterior adjust sticking doors rewire AV, TV install antenna or dish We request that our places be kept in good shape and that our guests not be disturbed if possible. Working hours are completely flexible. When to perform the necessary and required tasks is completely up to our person in charge. However, in (the rare) case of emergency, like a busted pipe, only quick help is good help. Work amounts to maybe a 10 hours a week, but in season less can be done as places are occupied. Our go-to person is usually not supervised, so the ability to do work autonomously is mandatory.
