Tasks will include groundskeeping such as vacuuming and mopping all floors, restroom cleaning, empty and replace all trash can liners, dusting and cleaning of all desks and counters, break-room cleaning and sanitation. Currently only part-time 3 days per week at 2 hours per shift. Shift: 3 days per week Monday: Anytime after 8:30pm Wednesday: Anytime after 8:30pm Friday: Anytime after 8:30pm Qualifications: Candidate must have some experience in janitorial services such as mopping, vacuuming, trash changing, window cleaning, office cleaning, restroom cleaning and any other tasks that would relate to janitorial duties. This position may require ability to lift more than 25lbs. Ability to spend substantial time walking, standing, and performing the physical labor associated with cleaning facilities. This includes reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, speaking, and listening. Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

I make a bite size pastry and sell them at a bunch of different Markets and Street Fairs. Setting up a tent and your entire space. Most markets are from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM. I do one market downtown Palm Springs on Thursday evenings from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM. Prefer some one with experience.

This position assists the Resident Manager with the physical maintenance of the project and equipment as it pertains to the common areas, grounds and individual units. Job tasks include but may not be limited to the following • Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community by ensuring that grounds, amenities, building exteriors/interiors, market-ready units interior, walkways, curbs, signage, leasing office, central garbage areas, parking lots and other buildings and common areas are free of debris, trash, graffiti and other items which affect the appearance of the community. All deficiencies and safety issues are reported immediately. • Respond to resident requests for maintenance and service by taking appropriate action to repair and/or restore service within the quality and time standards established by the company. • Ensure that apartments are ready for occupancy by performing any repairs that may require electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, carpet cleaning, painting, patching, texturing, basic apartment cleaning and other miscellaneous equipment maintenance and repairs. • Maintain tools and equipment and ensure that they are in proper working order and request replacements as necessary. • Make sure all outside contractors or subcontractors provide certificates of insurance for workers compensation insurance or waivers when applicable and provide proof of a contractor’s license. • Know the location of the main water line cutoff, all apartment and fixture cutoffs, main gas line cutoff, and the sewer cleanouts. • Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, dusting, emptying wastebaskets, picking up litter, etc. Experience, Knowledge and Skills: • Maintenance experience in the multi-family, hospitality, or similar industry • Competency in residential plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and drywall • Knowledge of and experience in HVAC and carpentry a plus • Customer service experience
