ShareLooking for receptionist/ front desk at the nails salon ( with experience in beauty) Who can speak RUSSIAN and ENGLISH (Russian is must) Customer Service: Greet clients warmly upon arrival Answer phone calls and respond to messages professionally Provide information about services, prices, and availability Handle client concerns or complaints with courtesy and efficiency Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments Manage the salon calendar and technician availability Send reminders via text, email, or call Check-In / Check-Out: Check clients in and inform technicians of their arrival Process payments (cash, card, gift cards, tips) Upsell services or products when appropriate Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate client records and preferences Keep track of daily transactions and update logs Order and manage inventory of front desk supplies Salon Maintenance: Ensure the front area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times Monitor general cleanliness and report any issues to management Team Communication: Coordinate with nail technicians and management for smooth workflow Relay messages or client feedback to the appropriate staff Located west la ( by UCLA) Hourly paid 17-25$ (W-9) Training paid 16$ per hour (2 days only)if u want more we can train you more( teamwork with another front desk assistant) Paid weekly Long hour 8-11 hours shifts 3-4 days of flexible schedule Must speak Russian Around 160-300 Dayly for shifty 3239fourfour1095
