We have an immediate need for a Part Time Customer Service Associate at our self storage facility with excellent customer service and communication skills to join our family owned and operated real estate management organization. Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our facility, including sales, receiving rent, as well as maintaining a clean and professional facility. Prior self storage experience is helpful but not required, as we have hired many successful candidates in the past from other industries; such as retail / sales, apartment management, and other customer service oriented positions. Starland School Of Music in Alameda has been offering quality music lessons for over 30 years to folks of all ages. We are also a retail facility that sells musical instruments and accessories to the general public and our students. The Customer Service Team Member has front line responsibility for creating a warm, friendly environment while effectively and successfully satisfying our customer's needs with our music products. With respect to the school, you will be directly involved in enrolling students, scheduling and working with our excellent group of professional music teachers in ensuring that our students, teachers and Starland are all successful. With respect to the retail store, you will assist with sales, customer service, display and inventory.
