Job description UCP of Sacramento & Northern California is seeking candidates to fill our position as a CLASP Worker. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of individualized plans of instruction to assist people to live independently in the community or in a less restrictive environment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
