This is an Entry level position, No experience necessary. Start with dishwashing and work your way to a linecook. The right candidate will have fantastic communication skills, take direction well from others, work hard, be receptive to on the job training and have a positive attitude. Small-batch items: lemon curd/aioli/vinaigrette, granola, cookies (scoop/freeze; bake a tray). Label/date (FIFO), cool safely, sanitize, and keep the station dialed. Must have Reliable. No call-outs. You can work both shifts every week. Prep/baking experience (follow & scale by weight; work clean and organized). Food Handler’s Card (or get within 30 days).
