We have a scratch kitchen and take real pride in our food. We don't just reheat premade food, in our kitchen we actually cook, so there are many opportunities to learn. This position requires a candidate with prior BOH experience (>2 years). We need a part-time line cook, but for the right candidate with a willing attitude, there could be opportunity to earn additional shifts. We make our food from scratch and that requires additional skills that aren't taught in most kitchens.
