Landscape Installation Positions - Experience required! - w/benefits!

These positions offer the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our company and contributing to the success of our landscaping projects. Position Overview: Our landscape installation crew is responsible for the installation of various hardscaping and softscaping elements, including plants, trees, turf, retaining walls, patios, and more. Key Responsibilities: • Installation of landscape features, including plantings, hardscaping, irrigation, and turf installation. • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all installations. • Follow project plans and specifications to meet client needs and expectations. • Communicate directly with clients to understand their vision and keep them informed of progress. • Maintain a safe working environment by following company safety procedures and industry best practices. • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise on-site. • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or company owner. Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape installation • Strong knowledge of landscape installation techniques, including plant and tree installation, hardscaping, irrigation, and turf care. • Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints. • Excellent communication skills. • Attention to detail. • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • References required from previous employers or landscape projects. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with specialized equipment such as skid steers, backhoes, or trenchers. • Knowledge of irrigation systems and installation. • Landscape certifications or relevant training are a plus.
